Jiu Jitsu
Offering Both Gi and No Gi
Gi Jiu jitsu
Gi is the traditional uniform of JIu JItsu. The fabric slows the grappling down with grips and friction from the fabric. The gi becomes a tool you can use to submit, but also can be a tool to be used against you. Gi is a great way to learn jiu jitsu.
No Gi Jiu jitsu
No gi is a fast paced. You wear shorts and rash guards. Without the luxury of grips on a gi, practioners must rely on body control, underhooks, overhooks, head position, and wrist control. Leg attacks are a common submission in no gi
