Art of 8 Limbs

Muay Thai utilizes eight distinct points of contact, two fists, two elbows, two knees, and two shins/feet. Different from boxing (two points) and kick boxing (four points.) Our traditional full contact Thai boxing incorporates striking, clinching, and sweeps.

Striking

Investing a lot of time and effort into basic combinations of two and four strikes. Building a realistic fighting style

Clinch

We train clinch work regularly, with a twist: we'er more liberal with takedowns and sweeps. Because we're not just training sport, we train for combat

Pad Work

Pad work is an excellent training method where you can throw full power shots while sharpening your footwork and defense at the same time.
